1-) I cannot log into the application; it gives an error or throws me out. What could be the reason?
There are several potential reasons for login issues. Start by ensuring you have a stable internet connection and that you're using the most recent version of the app. Here are common problems and their causes:
- a. Your interactive user and VUU user may not match. (This results in the application failing to log you in.)
- b. Even if you have a VIU user, it might not be activated or authorized. (Typically, you'll see a blank page within the app.)
- c. Your session might have been terminated. (User sessions are periodically ended. To resolve this, tap the authority button at the top right to log out, then log back in.)
2-) How can I reset my password?
Our system is integrated with Interaktif, allowing you to reset your password directly through the Interactive platform.
3-) Why am I not receiving notifications?
Ensure that you have enabled notifications for the app. You can check this in your device's settings under Settings > Applications > Parent Communication Triangle. If notifications are enabled and you're still not receiving them, try logging out and then logging back in to resolve the issue.
