To acquire the Vine of Dreams, stylists must achieve at least a Normal ranking in the styling challenge against the Sovereign of Sexy.

To encounter the Sovereign of Sexy and claim the medal, begin with the Raging Rocks faction. Defeating their leader provides a clue leading to the Rustic Frenzy. Completing their challenges unlocks the Shifty Rags.
