BEFORE SENSOR ACTIVATION

Before activating your sensor, select your preferred device.

Alarms and glucose readings are received on either your phone or your FreeStyle Libre 2 Reader (not both). [3]

For phone-based alarms and readings, activate the sensor using the FreeStyle Libre 2 app.

For Reader-based alarms and readings, activate the sensor using your Reader.

Important: The FreeStyle Libre 2 app and Reader do not share data. For complete data on a device, scan your sensor every 8 hours with that device. LibreView.com allows you to view data from all your devices.

App users require access to a separate blood glucose monitoring system, as the app does not provide one.
