After downloading the TCA app, you can instantly order your taxi. Create an account to streamline your experience by saving your trips, adding favorite destinations, and setting up your preferred payment method.
With TCA, you have the flexibility to choose the perfect taxi for your needs. Need the quickest ride? Select 'taxi'. Traveling with a group of 5 to 8? Opt for a 'Minivan'. Concerned about the environment? Go green with our 'Green' zero-emission taxi. Heading to the airport and want to cap your fare at €37,50? Choose our 'airport' taxi option.
Track your taxi in real-time and see its estimated arrival time. Once you input your destination, you'll receive an estimated price and duration for your trip. Planning ahead? No problem, you can also make reservations. Additional options include extra luggage, pet-friendly rides, or bringing along more friends.
After booking, you'll see details of your assigned driver and the taxi's license plate. Once your ride is complete, share your experience by rating your driver.
