SMSBUS is Kazakhstan's convenient cashless electronic ticketing system for public transport. Pay for your travel directly from your phone balance—no commission fees! Find a complete list of supported cities and routes on our official website: https://smsbus.kz

Simply show your electronic ticket on your phone to the driver or transit officer for fare validation. Your ticket remains valid until you reach your final destination and is accessible in the "Valid Tickets" section. View your past travel history in the "Travel details" section.

Reasons why phone balance payments might fail:

• Corporate phone number
• Outstanding trust payment
• No balance top-up since number activation
• Starting balance not yet used
• SIM card replaced within the last 24 hours

Create a free virtual transport card within the app! Self-registration is available for regular and school cards. For other preferential cards, please visit our office with the necessary documentation.

Top up your virtual card conveniently using your card number directly within the app, or through other banking apps like Kaspi Bank and Halyk Bank (homebank).

App Permissions:

1. Camera: QR code scanning functionality.
2. Location: Accurate map display, automatic bus detection for simplified fare payment (determining the bus code using your GPS location and the bus's GPS), and route planning with transfer options. Enter destinations and departures using map markers or text addresses.
