Application Description

Royal Petrol LLP, owner of the Royal Petrol and Continent gas station networks, introduces a loyalty program rewarding both new and existing customers. Earn bonus points (Bonuses) on purchases at Royal Petrol stations and Continent mini-markets, redeemable for discounts and special offers.

These rules govern participation in the loyalty program.

Participants must be individuals aged 14 or older, legally permitted to conduct minor household transactions in Kazakhstan, and possess a valid individual identification number.

The Participant Questionnaire collects personal data, which the Participant consents to the Company processing (as per Kazakhstan Law No. 94-V of May 21, 2013, "On personal data and their protection"). This includes marketing communications via email, messaging apps, SMS, phone, and mail, and automated data processing, including database creation. This consent can be withdrawn in writing.

A Virtual Card is an electronic card within the Mobile Application.

The Mobile Application is Royal Petrol's software for iOS and Android devices.

Bonus points (Bonuses) are awarded for purchases at Royal Petrol stations, with 1 Bonus equal to 1 tenge (Kazakhstani Tenge). Bonuses are redeemable only at Royal Petrol stations.

The Program Participant's Bonus account tracks accrued and redeemed Bonuses and the current balance.
