The Weird Flower provides a temporary stealth bonus, but only after sleeping while wearing it. A bed suitable for this purpose is found in a side room at the Lesser Zone Trader's location. Sleeping advances time, so a morning nap might result in waking up at night.
The Weird Flower's limited use and scarcity of sleeping locations make it a somewhat underwhelming Artifact. Its value is subjective; many players may prefer direct combat over stealth and opt to sell it.
