Originally released in Japan in 1993 for the Sega CD, and developed by Hertz, Vay's US localization was handled by Working Designs. SoMoGa previously kept the game's spirit alive with a 2008 iOS re-release.

Embark on a quest to rescue your abducted wife and potentially save the world. Your wedding day is shattered by an attack on your peaceful kingdom, and your bride is taken. Thus begins your epic journey to thwart the destructive war machines.
Vay's captivating story blends nostalgia with fresh elements. Remaining true to its JRPG roots, characters gain experience and gold through random encounters. The game features almost ten minutes of animated cutscenes, available in both English and Japanese audio.
