Paradox Focusing On Bug Fixing, Stability, and Performance
Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2's release has been postponed once more, with the new target set for October 2025. The game's official Twitter (X) account shared this update on March 26, accompanied by a video message.
In the video, Bloodlines 2 Executive Producer Marco Behrmann provided insights into the game's current development status. He stated, "The status of the game right now is that the game is done. We are currently working on bug fixing, stability, and performance so we can deliver the best experience to you guys once it releases."
Over the past few months, Paradox has been releasing Dev Diaries to keep players informed about the game's progress, covering aspects like characters, stories, and mechanics. However, as of now, these updates will be paused to allow the development team to concentrate on enhancing the game's quality.
First Revealed in 2019

Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 was first announced back in March 2019, with an initial release planned for March 2020. The game was initially developed by Hardsuit Labs. However, delays began in October 2019 when the release was pushed back to an unspecified date in 2020, and later to 2021.
During this time, several key team members departed the project. In February 2021, Paradox Interactive revealed that Hardsuit Labs would no longer be working on the game and that development would be handed over to The Chinese Room. The anticipated release was then shifted to late 2024, then to the first half of 2025, and now to late 2025.
Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 is expected to launch in October 2025 on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Keep up with the latest news on the game by checking out our article below!
