The encounter with the Royal Titans is a Dual Boss fight, pitting you against both Brandr and Eldric simultaneously. Victory over the Royal Titans rewards you with a chance to obtain the powerful Twinflame Staff and the Giantsoul Amulet. The latter is an untradeable teleport item that allows instant travel to any of the three major giant bosses: Obor, Bryophyta, and the Royal Titans themselves.
Engaging in the battle of the Royal Titans in Old School RuneScape offers a plethora of rewards. Among them are valuable Prayer Scrolls, Desiccated Pages, and the coveted Fire & Ice giant pet.
