Bluepoch Games' time-travel RPG, Reverse: 1999, celebrates its first anniversary with a massive Version 1.9 update, "Vereinsamt." This update is packed with new content, including free characters, limited-time banners, new game modes, and collaborations.
"Vereinsamt" (German for "Lonely") offers players a free 6-star character, Semmelweis, simply by logging in during the event. This also includes 30 free pulls.
A new limited-time banner, "Thoughts in Cylinder," introduces Lucy, a 6-star DPS character. Designed like a robot reminiscent of Metropolis, Lucy is an Awakened arcanist connected to a Watt steam engine prototype, driven by a passion for scientific advancement.
Returning characters include the 5-star Matilda and Kakania (first seen in Version 1.7), available in the "Observation into the Mirrors" banner starting October 10th.
The update also introduces "A Series of Dusks," a new rogue-like mode where players can acquire the new 5-star character, Lorelei, and other rewards.
Collaborations with Discovery and KOI are on the horizon. Discovery will provide new outfits for Tooth Fairy and Getian, while KOI's collaboration, launching in October, will feature limited-edition merchandise.
Version 1.9 marks the debut of the game's first unique garment, the "Take Off! To the Future" outfit for Regulus, complete with new Ultimates and additional features. New outfits are also coming for Jessica, Voyager, and Sonetto.
