Does Pity Carry Over in Girls’ Frontline 2: Exilium? Answered

Girls’ Frontline 2: Exilium’s pity system: Does it transfer between banners?

Sunborn's Girls’ Frontline 2: Exilium, a free-to-play tactical RPG for PC and mobile, incorporates gacha mechanics. A common question among players is whether the pity counter persists across different banners. The short answer is: yes, for limited banners.

Your accumulated pity counter and pulls from one limited-time banner will transfer to the next. This was observed during the global launch with the simultaneous Suomi and Ullrid banners. Pulling on either banner increased the pity counter for both. Therefore, if you're close to pity on one, you can switch to the other and still benefit. This carryover applies to all future limited banners, confirmed by Chinese players on Reddit. The pity counter will remain even after the initial banners are removed.

However, this pity system does not transfer between limited and standard banners. You cannot manipulate the system by pulling on the standard banner to build pity and then switching to a limited banner.

While the hard pity is 80 pulls, a soft pity mechanic begins around 58 pulls. Your chances of obtaining an SSR unit gradually improve after 58 pulls, increasing until you reach hard pity at 80 pulls.

In summary, your pity counter carries over between consecutive limited banners in Girls’ Frontline 2: Exilium, offering a strategic advantage. Consult The Escapist for further guides and information, including rerolling, tier lists, and locating the in-game mailbox.
