Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio recently unveiled new gameplay footage for Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, showcasing its Hawaiian pirate adventure.
The showcased gameplay revealed extensive ship customization, open-world sea exploration, thrilling naval battles, engaging mini-games, and diverse explorable locations. Goro Majima will boast two distinct combat styles: a nimble, speed-focused approach and a more brutal style utilizing short swords and pirate weaponry.
Players can recruit unique crew members to aid in battles, exploration, and treasure hunts. The game promises hidden islands and original side quests to uncover during gameplay.
A significant announcement came at the presentation's close: the highly anticipated "New Game+" mode will be a free post-launch addition via a patch. This is a welcome change from Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, where this mode was exclusive to the pricier edition, drawing criticism from SEGA.
