Marvel Rivals: Leaked Hints at Upcoming PvE Mode

Marvel Rivals Season 1: Dracula, Fantastic Four, and Hints of PvE

Recent leaks suggest exciting developments for Marvel Rivals, NetEase Games' hero shooter. Season 1, "Eternal Night Falls," launching January 10th at 1 AM PST, promises significant additions. The season will introduce Dracula as the primary antagonist and welcome the Fantastic Four to the playable roster. A darker, potentially new, version of New York City is also teased in the recently released trailer.

A prominent leaker, RivalsLeaks, claims a PvE (Player versus Environment) mode may be under development. Their source allegedly played a PvE mode in an earlier build, and corroborating evidence, a related tag, was supposedly found in game files by another leaker, RivalsInfo. However, RivalsLeaks acknowledges the possibility of cancellation or postponement. Further fueling speculation of NetEase's ambitious expansion plans, another leak hints at a potential Capture the Flag mode in the works.

Ultron Delayed, Blade Speculated:

The same leaker also reported a delay for the villain Ultron, now expected in Season 2 or later. This follows a recent leak detailing Ultron's abilities as a Strategist-class character utilizing drones for both offensive and supportive capabilities. The inclusion of four new characters in Season 1 likely contributed to this postponement.

The delay hasn't dampened fan excitement entirely. With Dracula as Season 1's villain and leaked information about Blade's abilities circulating, many anticipate Blade's arrival soon after the Fantastic Four's introduction. The abundance of confirmed and leaked details has players eagerly awaiting the launch of Season 1.
