Imperial Miners: Now Digital on Android!

Portal Games Digital brings the popular board game, Imperial Miners, to Android! This digital card game challenges you to build the most efficient mine, strategically playing cards to create a thriving underground empire. Already familiar with Portal Games Digital's Android offerings like Neuroshima Convoy, Imperial Settlers: Roll & Write, and Tides of Time? Get ready for another engaging title.

Designed by Tim Armstrong (known for Arcana Rising and Orbis) and illustrated by Hanna Kuik (whose credits include Batman: Everybody Lies and Dune: House Secrets), Imperial Miners offers a unique gameplay experience.

What's the Gameplay Like?

Players manage underground excavations, striving to maximize efficiency through strategic card play. Starting at the surface, you'll dig deeper, collecting Crystals and Carts to accumulate Victory Points. The game's clever card system activates effects and triggers cards above, while six factions provide diverse combinations and strategic depth. Ten rounds of gameplay, each featuring a unique Event, add an element of unpredictability. Progress boards offer additional strategic options, ensuring replayability.

Worth the Download?

Imperial Miners provides a captivating engine-building experience, faithfully recreating the original board game's charm. Priced at $4.99 on the Google Play Store, it's a worthwhile addition to any digital board game collection. Check it out! For more gaming news, explore our other articles.
