Deadlock receives a major overhaul with a game-changing map redesign. Valve's latest patch transforms the four-lane battlefield into a three-lane arena, mirroring the structure common in traditional MOBAs.
This significant alteration will drastically reshape gameplay. The previous "1 vs 2" lane distribution is obsolete; now, expect a "2 vs 2" arrangement, demanding strategic adjustments in resource allocation and team composition.

The map's redesign extends beyond lane count, impacting the positioning of neutral camps, power-ups, and other key elements. A new "map exploration" mode has been added, offering players a solo environment to familiarize themselves with the revised layout.
Further enhancements include a revamped Soul Orb system, allowing soul collection without direct kills, accelerating resource acquisition. Soul effects have also been refined, reducing air-time.
This patch also boasts improvements to sprinting mechanics, character balancing, and enhanced performance. Support for DLSS, FSR, NVIDIA Reflex, and Anti-Lag 2.0 has been integrated. Numerous bug fixes are also included. Consult the official patch notes for a comprehensive list of changes.
