Parallel Experiment: A Co-op Crime Thriller Puzzler Coming to Steam and Mobile
Eleven Puzzles' highly anticipated co-op crime thriller puzzler, Parallel Experiment, is set to launch on Steam this March. A mobile demo is also planned for iOS and Android later in 2025, with a full mobile release to follow.
This unique co-op experience, reminiscent of titles like Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes, casts players as detectives Ally and Old Dog. Working across separate locations, players must communicate clues and collaborate to solve over 80 intricate puzzles.

The game features an in-game notebook for clue tracking, cooperative dialogue, a stylish noir comic book aesthetic, and even playful ways to interact (and annoy) your partner, such as knocking on windows or poking them. Cross-platform play is confirmed, adding a layer of strategic communication and potential distractions, whether playing remotely or in the same room.
While the co-op puzzle genre isn't new, Parallel Experiment benefits from extensive testing to optimize the mobile experience. The developers have clearly learned from past iterations to deliver a polished and engaging game.
