City-Building Sim Stronghold Castles Is Now Out On Android!

Firefly Studios, the makers of the popular Stronghold series, has dropped a new title on mobile. Of course, it’s based on Stronghold. This one’s called Stronghold Castles and lets you build, farm and battle, just like most of their other titles.Start By Building A Mighty Fortress!In Stronghold Castles, you play as the Lord or Lady of your own medieval village. You need to turn the small settlement into a mighty land. You’ll be handling farming, mining, weapon production and managing your resources.You want your peasants to thrive, which means a little taxation here and maybe even a little torture there. You also build your massive castle as you want. It can be a wooden fortress brimming with traps or a towering stone behemoth.Once your defenses are set, Stronghold Castles throws you into epic PvP battles. You’ll command knights, archers and men-at-arms to crush rival lords and loot their resources. And your ultimate goal is to restore your Manor Hall to its former glory.The game brings back some of the iconic enemies from the Stronghold series like the Rat, Pig, Snake, and Wolf. The battles are quick and tactical.
