The Emile suite of educational resources has been crafted by a dedicated team of teachers, academics, and game developers. Our collaborative efforts have resulted in games-based learning materials that are now utilized by over 15% of primary schools across the UK and Ireland. Each resource in our collection is grounded in solid pedagogical research and undergoes rigorous testing by educators in real classroom settings.

The development of Emile was kickstarted through a Knowledge Transfer Partnership and received partial funding from Innovate UK. In partnership with the Faculty of Education at Manchester Metropolitan University in the UK, Emile was built on a foundation of proven educational methodologies. This multi-award-winning platform has demonstrably improved learning outcomes for students in key stages 1 and 2, while also significantly reducing the workload for teachers, particularly when used in conjunction with Emile's own schemes of work.

Feedback from UK teachers has been pivotal in shaping Emile. As a result, we've incorporated several key features:

• A Multiplication Tables Check (MTC) Emulator, complete with customizable time limits, question selection, and options to slow down students for better comprehension.
• A comprehensive spelling program aligned with statutory spelling words, ensuring students master essential vocabulary.
• End-of-unit and end-of-block assessments that seamlessly integrate with the White Rose scheme of work, providing a cohesive learning experience.
• Intervention tools, including automatically generated analyses of knowledge gaps, to support students who need additional help.
