Application Description This live wallpaper generates calming generative art, promoting digital well-being. It responds to touch: a circle appears at each touch point, and a square moves from the previous touch location to the new one, leaving a trail.
Every 3600 squares, the display refreshes, displaying a cumulative square count. Instead of a literal 3600-second timer (which would be impractical given typical swipe speeds), this visual representation offers a unique perspective on screen time usage, creating a heatmap of screen interaction. The count is displayed in this format: 1d:13h:3600 squares.
The color palette is designed to be soothing and unobtrusive, encouraging users to reduce screen time and prioritize face-to-face interactions. The app is developed using APDE (Android Processing Development Environment) and packaged with Processing 3.5.3.
